I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Naples! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even offered me refreshments upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful balcony with a view towards the port. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed, providing all the basic amenities I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was super close to the port for those wanting to catch a ferry to Capri. I was very impressed with the attention to detail, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast homemade by the lady. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Everything was great, nothing to improve!

The hotel had a great location just a few steps from the port and the city center. the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips for exploring the city. We particularly enjoyed the homemade breakfast which had a variety of sweet pastries and fruits. it was a great experience.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as the signage was not very clear. the room was a bit small for our expectations, especially during the Xmas holiday.

Amazing stay! The hotel had an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, offering a range of continental and Italian choices. The room was comfortable, with all the amenities you needed, including easy-to-reach power outlets and a spotless bathroom. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with lots of useful information about the area. Plus, they were always on hand to help when needed.
The outside of the building didn't look very attractive, but we quickly realised that the inside was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The area around the hotel could be a bit noisy at times, but that's just part of the charm of staying in a city centre location.
